Refund & Returns Policy
In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we'd suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its hang tag and sanitary strip.
- The cost of return shipping to us from the FIRST exchange or return of the product is on us, we will send a voucher to your email (it is important to check your spam box if you do not receive the code in the box Prohibited);
- Important: WE DO NOT RESERVE PARTS DURING THE REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE. The customer will receive a VAUCHER of the value of the part(s) returned and will be able to choose the same product or another, according to the stock available on the website. We suggest sending the complete set, even if one of the pieces has fit.
- The entire process of exchange and release of Purchase Vouchers only takes place after we receive the parts. Under no circumstances will the exchange be carried out without analyzing the parts.
Note: All returns are refunded via store credit, we do not refund money. Accessories and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
